1. Content
a) The purpose of these Terms of Use is to define the rules governing the relationship between Angel30, the company publishing this Application, hereinafter "the App", and its visitors.

2. Main purpose of the App
a1) This App is a platform where you can share Facts to others and interact with a community on it.
b2) Whether they are fun thoughts, piece of news, invented stories, any user may feel free to “post” (share) anything he deems interesting, fun, or relatable enough. All of these are referred as “Facts”. Facts can be posted if the user creates an account and follows the Rules to be respected / Community rules (see 6. below).
3. Account creation or registration
a) To post a Facts (share), interact with other posts (upvote, for example), the user must create an account or register to his account.

a) Rights transferred when submitting Facts. By submitting one or more Facts on the App, you grant the Angel30 company the authorization to publish, edit, modify, transmit, reproduce, translate, and this on all types of media and free of charge.
b) This App and its content are protected by copyright, author rights and/or other intellectual property rights, which are the property of Angel30 or of third parties. Angel30 grants you a personal, non-exclusive, and non-transferable right of access to and use of the App. Any other rights are expressly excluded except otherwise provided in a specific written agreement.
c) Therefore, and without limitation, the rights to (i) reproduce, represent, adapt and/or translate all or any part of the App and/or related content, (ii) extract, all or any part of the App and/or related content, or create any derivative work from all or part of the App and/or related content, are formally and strictly not granted under these terms of use. Should you wish to be granted any right additional to the right to access and use as provided herein, please send us your enquiry through the contact form on the App.
5. Reliability of the information
The App is a community App, in which Internet users are the main protagonists. Also, the Angel30 company cannot be held responsible for any erroneous information that you could find there. Angel30 excludes any guarantee relative to the information contained on the App, and notably any guarantee of authenticity or suitability for a particular use. Moreover, Angel30 reserves the right to modify, at its convenience, the information and services that are presented there.
6. Rules to be respected / Community rules
a) In order to keep the App user-friendly, it is forbidden to post any offensive, defamatory, pornographic or pedophilic message that offends human dignity, incites racial hatred, discrimination and more generally is illicit or contrary to netiquette. Any breach of these rules will result in a ban. Likewise, it is forbidden to post any message infringing the intellectual property rights of third parties.

7. Facts selection
The Facts you will share may be selected to be highlighted or kept for review by our moderation team before being accessible to other users.
8. Disclaimer
a) Angel30 is not be hold responsible for any content that the users publish or interact with. Users are solely responsible.
b) Any liability for any damages whatsoever including, without limitation, direct, indirect, incidental and/or consequential damages resulting from access to the App and/or use of materials and/or information incorporated thereto. Angel30 waives any liability for any damage resulting from fraudulent intrusion by a third party on the App, in particular with the intention to damage the interests or image of Angel30 or by misrepresenting information placed on the App.
c) By publishing a fact, the users guarantee that it is their original work and that it does not infringe on third parties’ copyrights.
d) Otherwise, the users are responsible and are to be charged for any indemnity which might be requested in case of claims of copyright infringement.
